Do bear in mind that these were supposed to somehow help the U.S. economy:
$3.4 million for a turtle tunnel in Tallahassee, FL.
22 bathrooms in Mark Twain National Forest at $21,000 each. (Those must be some nice bathrooms.)
$800,000 for a genital-washing program in Africa. Yes, AFRICA. Yes, GENITAL WASHING. Jeesh!
$55,000 to spay and neuter pets in Wichita, Kansas.
$356,000 to research how children understand and perceive foreign accents.
$550,000 for a skate park in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
$11 million for a bridge connecting two Microsoft campuses. No special interest there.

Yeah...and Libs call Cons dumb. Yet they think it is important to stimulate the economy by sending money to AFRICA to teach tribes men how to wash their d**ks. Yes the rest of these may create jobs TEMPORARILY, but when THAT job is done those people are out of work again.
