- You have to decide what material you want your cooking equipment to be made out of. For example: you can choose from stainless steel, aluminum, ceramic outdoor cooking equipment. There are also many sizes of outdoor grills to choose from, make sure you select the outdoor cooking equipment that will fit your lifestyle.
- Now that you have decided on the outdoor grill you want and what type of cooking equipment you want, you are now ready to cook. Make sure to preheat your grill half hour or more before grilling.
- Place the food item to be grilled on a clean grill. The intense initial heat which guarantees the beautiful "grill marks" the heat will ensure your food has this great presentation on the side that is visible on serving.
