I have short spikey hair and I want to grow it out but I need it professional?
I want to grow out my hair but I have really short extremely thick hair. I need it to be fun and yet professional. I also HATE messing with my hair in the mornings. Anyone have suggestions as to what I should do? Someone told me to get extensions put in but I thought those damaged your hair. Also, I don't think it is long enough.
make it into a chopped style (just keep trimming the neck line in the back when it starts to need a trim...) and in the chopped style you can straighten it, or curl it out or under (trust me I hate messing with my hair too so you can also wear a head barrette too occassionally... straightening it is quicker when dry and it saves you more time doing that than curling it!) the chopped look is sorta like chunky layers that are slightly different in lengths all over your head... or you can layer it (tons and tons of layers 
) and have it short too... hope this helps
if your a guy though you can grow it out a bit but make it so that the bottom/under side that is longer is no longer than your center of your ear (professional...)
