Do you experience a lot of drama in your department, at work all caused by cliques? Example?
I am musician and find that people in my department are separated into their own little groups. I hate it. A lot of gossip, immaturity. I thought we all came here for our education. Why don't we take advantage of that?
This is true across all strata of educational endeavors, however it is particularly expressed in the arts. Just try to be your best and don't join in.
