Do you think Lorrie Morgan killed Keith Whitley?
My dad (a traditional country ONLY fan) and me (a fan of most "country" music, including some of the pop (but the old pop, like Reba and Dolly's 80s and 90s stuff) and the rock influenced stuff) only agree in a few artists, with Keith Whitley leading the pack.
I wasn't alive yet when Keith Whitley died, (1989) because I was born in '94. My dad says that he and some country fans believe that Lorrie Morgan killed Keith. What do you think? Was it even possible?
No, she didn't kill him directly (he died of acute alcohol poisoning, meaning he drank too much booze in too short an amount of time). However, she was running around on him up to and including the day he died. Consequentially, that probably contributed to his fatal binge.
