is a dark grey show coat acceptable for small hunter shows?
i just do small local english shows. could i wear a dark grey show coat?
You could, but it's not really the best color. Nobody will care at a local/schooling show really, but at higher levels everyone seems to wear navy blue.
The last show I went to, literally EVERYONE was wearing navy blue. I looked at everyone's jacket I saw, no grey or black in sight, just navy blue and a few blue with faint plaid/pinstripes. It was a IHSA hunter show.
