Specs sound OK, Simply because a speaker states a certain frequency response does not mean it can reproduce it accuratly. I have seen headphones that claimed the same response. The efficiency of the speakers is above average. I would simply check the distortion level.
And I am not 'retarded' about suggestion the distortion level. Yes that is an application primarily stated for Amplifiers, however, the amount of coloration (distortion) that the speaker introduces had a large part to do with the sound. The job of every component is to faithfully reproduce the original content. If it can not reproduce sound accuratly by cause of the internal components I consider that distortion.
And the definition of retarded is 'Slow' for the laymen.
