After using a Scotch Brite pad to clean a small part of car how do i restore its shine?
I used a Scotch Brite pad to clean a small section of the lower part of my car after some tar got stuck to it. It looks like the area is slightly matted now. How can I restore its shine back?

Scotch brite is an abrasive pad that has left hundreds of tiny scratches in the surface of your paint. That's the reason for the 'matted' look. You could try using some automotive rubbing or polishing compound to buff out the scratches and restore the shine.
Next time you want to remove tar from your car's body, use a soft cotton cloth and some solvent to melt the tar.
