KARACHI, July 10: The Sindh government’s decision to restore the commissionerate system without any announcement regarding the administrative, legal and financial affairs of the local governments working under the Sindh Local Government Ordinance, 2001 is likely to open a Pandora’s box of issues, according to some senior officials of the city and provincial governments.
