Signs Of A Cheating Man
I am a reformed cheater. I may lose my Man Card for writing this, but I feel that I owe it women around the world to share my experience so that they can avoid the hurt I have caused so many. These signs of a cheating man may not be universally applicable but they are what I used.
It always surprised me when women got so shocked that I was a cheater, especially if that's how I began my relationship with them. I would be with a woman for a while and as the relationship started to fizzle out, I'd simply move on to the next. I did this for many years with many different women, yet they were always surprised when it happened to them.
Change can come but just like quitting any behavior, it takes a desire to quit. This goes for smoking, drug or gambling addiction or cheating. The belief that the cheater isn’t going to cheat comes from a great line that the cheater lays out. Cheaters have considerable experience in laying out good lines to their partners.
During most of my relationships, I would not introduce my friends to that girl. When you are having a few drinks with friends it was far too easy for a friend to slip and say something about the blonde from last week. If you've been dating for a while, and haven't met the friends or family you are either one among many or you're the other woman.
You need to wonder about the depth of your relationship too. I always played the sensitive guy who truly understood all of the pain and heartbreak you had. I truly understood you as a person. At least, that's what I wanted you to think. All that it really did was give the relationship false depth. If your nights of deep talking are followed by sex... or are sex followed by deep talking... you're probably getting played like a fiddle. The man is just after the sex. If this is not something you are okay with, you need to break up before you get even more hurt.
Dating sites are a relatively new phenomena. If you find that your partner is cruising these sites, the chances are excellent that he is not just looking for a friend. Cruising the dating sites is an excellent way to find a new prospect outside of the normal social circle. This also limits the chances of being caught. Should you meet a man from a dating site there may be only one thing on his mind. One thing to remember is the Brad Paisley song, “I Look Better Online”.
Even though I was with a few good women during my time, I still ended up cheating on them. That made me feel really guilty. I would do special things for her to make up for the cheating, from roses to massages. It really wasn't happening to treat her right, though. I just wanted to get rid of the guilty feeling I had.
There are some of the things that I did when I cheated. I sincerely hope that you can use them. This is part of my atonement for hurting the women in my life. However I have much more to do. One thing that you should remember is that you are special and you deserve and should be provided better treatment than what I have provided to others.
